Joseph Reiss, CIEC, CMI
Joseph Reiss is certified as both a Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC) and Certified Microbial Investigator (CMI) through ACAC, and is also a NY State licensed Mold Assessor. With over 35 years in the construction industry and hundreds of environmental assessments completed, he specializes in working with individuals with hypersensitive health issues including Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS), Lyme disease, autoimmune diseases, and multiple chemical sensitivity. His deep understanding of building science and construction allows him to identify root causes of compromised indoor environments. He focuses on understanding baseline conditions and detecting fungal/bacterial ecology issues that can contribute to medical concerns.
