Louise Carder is a nutritional medicine practitioner who in 2018 became the first European practitioner (and the only nutrition professional) to become Shoemaker Protocol certified for CIRS. Based in Lincolnshire and London, she runs a functional nutrition clinic focusing on chronic inflammatory illnesses and cognitive health. Louise integrates Dr. Shoemaker’s CIRS protocol and Dr. Dale Bredesen’s dementia protocol into her nutrition practice. With a science background and personal experience overcoming immune and digestive issues, she emphasizes gut health, nutrigenomics, and environmental factors in her individualized plans.
