Paula Schofield is the founder of Healthy Home Sanctuary and holds certifications as a Building Biology Electromagnetic Radiation Specialist (EMRS) and Council-Certified Structural Mold Investigator (CSMI). Her path began with personal illness from mold, mycotoxins, and formaldehyde exposure in a water-damaged home in 2012. She combines her expertise as a licensed California Realtor and Interior Designer with over 18 years of experience to help clients create healthy home sanctuaries. Her services include electromagnetic field assessments, indoor air quality testing, sleep sanctuary planning, nursery consultations, and pre-purchase/pre-rent property assessments.
