SM-AEH (ACTINO®, Endo, HERTSMI-2)
This combination test (U.S Patent Pending 18/607.817) provides comprehensive environmental analysis by testing for three major biotoxin categories in water-damaged buildings. The ACTINO component identifies 40 main species of actinomycetes bacteria that produce biotoxins similar to mold mycotoxins, creating a Building-related Disease (BRI) score. The Endotoxin portion detects gram-negative bacteria cell wall toxins commonly found in water-damaged environments. The HERTSMI-2 component analyzes the 'Big 5' toxic mold species. This test is particularly valuable for CIRS patients and practitioners conducting thorough environmental assessments, requiring three separate dust samples and offering 7-day turnaround time with both Swiffer and vacuum collection options.
